Located in Fargo, ND since 1991, Santa Lucia Pizzeria offers complete catering and concession services. Contact us to host your next special occasion with our catering and banquet room. You can reserve our dining room that offers an extensive appetizer and dinner menu, as well as a vast wine and beer selection and homemade desserts in a cozy Mediterranean atmosphere. We also offer lunch catering and will deliver right to your location. Lunches can be served either in separate containers or family style. We cater to all functions, both large and small.

Our Lunch Catering Menu Include:

Chicken or lamb and beef gyro sandwich

• Greek grilled chicken on orzo
  A chicken breast grilled open flame with lemon, garlic, and oregano

• Chicken souvlaki ( kabob ) on orzo
  A breast of chicken cubed and marinated in Greek herbs and wine and grilled on an open flame

• Pasticcio
  Greek style lasagna, stacked ziti pasta with seasoned beef and cream becemel topping

• Mousaka
  Layers of eggplant, potatoes, and seasoned beef topped with a creme becemel sauce

• Italian Lasagna
  Layers of pasta sheets, beef, cheeses, and Italian sausage with a marinara sauce
   
• Fettuccini Alfredo
  Fettuccini pasta covered in our special Alfredo sauce. Also available with grilled chicken
   
• Vegitarian Combo
  Spanakopita and dolmades over orzo

Cannaloni or Mannicoti with marinara and melted cheeses

• Spaghetti
  With meat sauce or marinara

• Spanako pizza on a pita
  Fresh spinach, feta cheese, and dill on a pita

• Zorba the Greek Pizza
  Feta cheese, black olives, onions and cheeses on a pita

Each year, Santa Lucia attends the Texas Renaissance Festival and serves a selection of our excellent Greek food and drink. Check out the entertainment schedule on the Angora Stage featuring Christophe the Insulter and the Gypsy Dance Theater.
